After you have placed your order with us via PayPal or Stripe, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation from PayPaL or Stripe please verify that you have completed the payment process.

FedEx or Canada Post Delivery: 3 -5 business days. ( Tracking & Delivery Confirmation )
Canadian orders are fulfilled through Canada Post. Please note, AESARA Organic Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" via UPS Delivery confirmation. Delivery includes tracking and insurance.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.
Shipment time is not guaranteed by Canada Post nor AESARA Organic Skincare. Shipments may encounter delays due to bad weather, holidays or high volume that extends beyond the ETA/ estimated time arrival provided by the carrier.
*Shipping to USA via Canada Post : 5 - 8 business days. A $25 Cad Flat Rate For Shipping applies to each order.
Kindly note, AESARA Organic Skincare is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your countries local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Sometimes, we change our mind and that's O.K!
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused/unopened products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used and opened products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
